Red Fuji (Strawberry Milk)
A pastry unlike any other, the Red Fuji cake begins with a sweet butter tart shell and is then topped with layers of deliciousness. A milky mochi base is followed by a nutty tier of red bean cream and Cheese Garden’s signature cheesecake.
Filling out the cake is an opulent strawberry purée coupled with luscious milk mousse. The cake is then covered with red velvet cake crumbs for a pop of colour resonating with the festive season. Our Red Fuji cake is part Japanese cheesecake, part tart and part lava cake; the dessert you’ve been wishing for this holiday.
Green Fuji (Matcha Yuzu)
Our next holiday special is filled with matcha goodness: Combining our beloved matcha cheesecake with a double mousse layer that is highlighted by a tangy yuzu milk mousse paired with a melt-in-your-mouth matcha mousse.
The tart base multiplies the matcha sensation with a generous spread of matcha ganache that also includes a milky mochi base and diced almonds to enrich the texture. This cake is then finished with matcha cake crumbs, which brings Mount Fuji to life. The cake is elegant in both taste and appearance; making it the perfect holiday treat.
Blue Fuji (Kinako Coconut)
Completing the trio of this season’s offerings is our Blue Fuji cake. Coated with blue butterfly pea tea cake crumbs; reminiscent of Mount Fuji’s colours. And the cream cheese frosting on the tip completes the iconic look of Mount Fuji.
While our Japanese cheesecake never fails to impress, the silky smooth sweet potato cream with a layer of milky mochi creates a perfect harmonious taste. This cake is filled with coconut cream and a lovely mousse made of kinako (roasted soybean flour), which is a frequent ingredient found in traditional Japanese confectionaries. It is a festive delight that even those without a sweet-tooth will fall in love with.

Composed of diverse layers, this cheesecake’s base is made of fluffy pistachio sponge cake, which is then topped with a rich, smooth, baked pistachio cheesecake. Mixed in, we added sugar-coated chopped roasted pistachios for an extra crunch. Following, comes a luxuriously creamy no-bake yuzu mascarpone cheesecake. It is then finished with a layer of delicious pistachio cake crumbs. For the final touches, we sprinkle shiny gold flakes and add one piece of adorable yuzu-shaped chocolate. Bursting with vibrant tangy notes and fresh aromas of citrus, this cheesecake is a delight both in flavors and textures.
